Been working well for a while but today when I came in I saw all the axis light up red.

I have replaced the power supply, still the same. Power cycling doesn’t help. When powered only by USB this doesn’t happen.

Any help would be appreciated, I am in a panic.

They light up one by one. Z the Y then X about a second or two apart

I have not tried turning them down yet. I figure it’s best to test in their working state. I am keeping it powered off except for brief testing.

Did another power cycle to show the boss what it was doing and so far no lights.

No sure what can cause this but I figure this is a fluke and it’s worked. If I can work out the cause maybe I can prevent a future outage. Am leaving the new power supply in there just in case that was causing an issue.

Is the fan working? Remember Fault indicators come on for overtemp, overcurrent, short circuit and undervoltage condition. Not so random, something along these lines were the cause.

See docs.openbuilds.com > BlackBox > Current Adjustment page for more details on the Fault Indicators

Yep the fan is spinning just fine. It came up again while just sitting there not running any jobs.

Cool, I have been putting off dropping the vrefs down because I know the positions they are in have worked for months. If dropping them down is the next recommended step in testing then I will start modifying them.
