I just had my 2nd Blackbox X32 quit on me. The first one was DOA. Customer service was fantastic in getting me a new one. That one managed to run about 10 cuts and now it won't power on. I know all the connections are good...it worked great for a few days. My question is ..is this an ongoing issue with these boxes? I've used arduino setups for years and never had one do this. Should I expect this to be a thing going forward or did I just manage to get two lemons?
One being damaged is already suspect, two in a row indicates with certainty something is damaging them. As you already have been dealing with the store, the forum can't help much, please continue your conversation with the store.
