Hi, I have a problem with a blackbox x32, when connecting it to the 24v source, it short-circuited, it worked well for hours being able to work with the machine and after hours it turned off and did not turn back on, we realized that it was short-circuiting because when connecting it to the 24v power source, the power supply's pilot light went out.
Best to double check all wiring, if it was working and then stopped it seems to have become damaged there. Are you using our power supply? Unlikely to be covered as it was working, so best we can help with is finding the cause so when you do get a new one it doesn't get damaged as well
The Blackbox x32 also gives me the axis alarm (the red light), when I increase the current a little, the strange thing is that I use 6A NEMA 34 motors, so it should not give an overcurrent error.
Depends on all electric specs (not motor's mounting hole localations - that is what the Nema specs define so 23 vs 34 almost irrelevant). Set current as per the docs. Fault LED is explained on the same page
