I am completely new to this, so I apologise in advance. I have installed the software and upgraded the firmware. When I switch on and connect everything seems ok. I can run the spindle remotely from the software, that's fine. When I try and jog any of the axis nothing happens, and the prompt informs me to (wait for the machine to be idle) The tab at the bottom tells me its idle. Can someone explain what is wrong I am running a stronghold pro. with NPN proximity switches I have configured the voltage on the Blackbox 32 for 24v
As its a custom machine, as you sure you have it started off with our CUSTOM profile on the Grbl Settings? Check that you have $10=511 and $4=0 (amongst others - if you created a custom profile without selecting the nearest similar, or CUSTOM option, a lot of the critical settings may be wrong)
