Blackbox Y2 output isn’t working

I purchased a Blackbox to replace the Mach 3 system I got with my kit from another seller. I wired everything up and X, Z, X, and Y work just fine. Y2 on the other hand will not move. I adjusted the current and that didn’t help. I moved the motor connection to another output and it works. Could I have a bad output on the box? Is there anything else I can check?
