I am looking to build a large scale printer that is 50" x 50" and at least 9" in the Z direction. Does anyone know of any builds out there with instructions and part list? Or someone that would be willing to consult on this? Thank! -Jack
If you decide to flip Z into X/Y, you'd save a ton of desk space (41" ✕ 50"). Don't know if this will cause any vertical stability issue. A squared-XY might have its own issue too, bed drooping/stablity in the middle? Can you share more of what you have in mind? I am also interested in custom large-scale builds.
