    We are trying to build a linear rail for a robotic arm, attempting to use the C-Beam® XLarge Linear Actuator Bundle. We noticed that we needed a wider C-Beam linear rail to "solve" are problem with the dimensions. So we came up with the following conclusion and we would really love from you guys to receive any advice!

    Instead of using the 80x40 original C-BEAM Linear Rail we are thinking about building a wider rail using basic components, and some other fasteners to put parts together.

    This are the components:

    -V-Slot® 20x80 Linear Rail -->V-Slot® 20x80 Linear Rail (2 of these)

    -V-Slot® 20x20 Linear Rail -->V-Slot® 20x20 Linear Rail(2 of these)

    -Bracket 5 20 flat, white aluminum, similar to RAL 9006(less than 20 of these)

    -Fastening Set 5 for Bracket / Angle Bracket 5 20 / profile side for Hinge 5 PA (less than 40 of these)

    Same hyperlink for the last two:

    I attached a picture of the final look of the "wider" rail, it's just a first approach with no fasteners and the other parts that the linear actuator has.
