Hello, Great work on the C-Beam @Mark Carew - this is going on Santa's list! A few quick questions that I'd really appreciate anyone's input on: 1) Has anyone used the C-Beam to also mill PCBs? 2) If so, do you have a preferred router/spindle? The commercial LPKF machines I've used tend to have smaller spindles, but with higher speeds (60,000+ rpm). 3) How has using the anti-backlash nut improved the machines performance in practice? Are the machined edges more defined? 4) Should I consider using a ball screw instead to reduce the friction and backlash or would it be difficult to notice the difference in the finished PCB/product due to other contributing factors? 5) Has anyone tried the TinyG controller with this machine? Thanks again! Alex
