C-Beam with Gantry ...distance question

    Happy Pre-Thanksgiving Monday!
    Hi All,
    Can someone provide the distance measurement of what is added from C-Beam to top of installed gantry? Plz see sketch.

    Gap is typically 1.5mm and and plate is 6mm. Gap may vary based on configuration though.

    Hi Rick,
    Thanks for the reply so quickly. I'm trying to order materials, C-Beam lengths e.g.
    To clarify, the gap is the distance from the C-beam to the bottom of the gantry plate? and the plate thickness is 6mm?
    this implies to me that the total from the C-Beam surface to the top of the gantry plate is 7.5mm typically?

    Yes, 7.5mm would be correct.

    Typical gap is based on using 6mm spacers with the double V-wheels or 6mm spacers + 1mm shim with the mini V-wheels.
