My lead 1010 has a OB Backlash nut on the Z axis only.
What about adding one to the other Axis? Is that even possible?
I mean would it be ok to do that?

No need. The dual nutblocks, mounted in slots do anti backlash too (just readjust them every now and then). That's why they are on slots, move nuts toward each other to take out backlash while tightening to plate

They also help with whip (replacing dual nuts with a single anti backlash = downgrade) by supporting the leadscrew in two places some distance apart (hold a long rod with one hand vs two hands, which is more stable)
