Can you manually send commands using black box and OB control?

I am working on fine tuning my Z-stepper/mm setting and am wanting to use some machined blocks and parallels to make my measurements instead of doing the tape on the carriage deal.

I would use the wizard but it moves 50mm and block is only either 1” or 2”. Is there a way to change how much it move in the wizard or is there a way I can send a manual command to move Z up a specified amount using OB control software?
