Hello, I want to try the advanced v-carve functions in create. Does anybody know of a way to separate the two tool paths (it uses a flat bit and v bit) into two files? Thanks
I've never used carbide create, but the internet is telling me that you can disable one of your tool paths, then create gcode. After that, enable the one you disabled and disable the other one and save again. Starts at about 11:30. For what its worth, this is how we do it in Fusion 360
You can when its two different like that. However in the advanced vcarve (which is used for making inlays). it puts the two bits together.
Vectric Products - OpenBuilds Part Store will afford you all the control you could want in regards to exporting toolpaths, creating the flat bottom toolpaths seperately etc
