    Hi yall,
I am planning to cnc a kitchen island column with my cnc. I plan to cnc 3 sides, and keep one side flat. I was wondering if someone had some experience doing this.

I did see this guy use one of those shakesparrow cnc machine

and was wondering if yall had any other tips or things i should be cautious of.

Have you got a sketch or cad design of what you are trying to achieve? Alignment and registration are the issues with a job like this.

I am planning to make it in 4 parts, because I have the 1515 cnc, so the z axis is about 2.375 =~60mm, the model is 170 x 876 x 200mm. I may shrink the width and depth a bit, and also surface the spoiller to allow more clearance. The center spiral piece is X x Z 190 x 150mm, maybe I should redesign it to be easier to cnc together.
