It was assigned, mine doesn't either but snark from a company I've spent money with is not appreciated. It's a 1010 fully loaded and fully a problem since day 1 with zero support. I need customer service. At this point I'm ready to put it on the curb for someone to pick up
I will be calling my attorney in the morning because I was sold a faulty piece of equipment and no one wants to help me with it
