Just trying to follow up on a few support emails that have gone unanswered. Awaiting parts. The "announcements" page never even announced moving to floriday, staffing the new shop, future plans, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Support emails never go to spam. So that's not the problem. I understand the move causes a shift in staffing and training etc, but my business depends on Openbuilds parts supply and as a manufacturer of printer kits/distributor of Openbuilds materials, I am hoping this is temporary. I need to place another order but since no one is responding, I can't even do that. Buying from competitors is an option, but not one that I favor.
