Good morning. I’m assembling my new LEAD 1515 (shortened to 1000mm in the Y-axis), including the LED Light Ring for the spindle mount. I’ve watched the LEAD 1515 build videos several times, and I’m now following the mechanical build video step-by-step. Looking ahead, I’ve also reviewed the “assembly” video for the light ring, which links to the LEAD 1010 electronics video at 8:27. Still, I’m not clear on the connection for the LED Light Ring. What I received does not appear to match the video, although I’m probably missing something simple. In my package, I received two bags, each containing three cables each. I also received two individual cables. One bag contains these cables: SKU 2556: 4 conductor wire, 3 feet SKU 2558: 4 conductor wire, 13 feet SKU 2745: 4 conductor wire, 18 feet These will connect the stepper motors, correct? One bag contains these cables: SKU 2556: 4 conductor wire, 3 fee SKU 2870: 3 conductor wire, 13 feet SKU 2875: 3 conductor wire, 18 feet These will connect the limit switches, correct? Individual cables: SKU 2875: 3 conductor wire, 18 feet SKU 2561: Power Supply Wire: 7 feet (2 conductor). In the LEAD 1010 electronics video, the LED Light Ring is connected with a 2 conductor wire at 18 feet. But I don’t have that. I have 3 conductor at 18 feet and 2 conductor at 7 feet. Which cable should I use for the light ring? Thx, rink.
Ok…I’m further along in the build and I’ve accounted for all the motor and limit switch wires. Remaining is a 2-conductor wire. Do the LED light ring and the IOT Relay both use a 2-conductor wire? Could this wire be used for either one? Thx, rink.
