Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps? docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation] If so, refer to the last step and contact the store. They can sell you a new brains board if needed.
After few days BLACK BOX could not connect with USB Port due to Brain Board problems. Now it's under Warranty period. How can I claim it. 2nd option is if I want to buy BRAIN BOARD separately is it possible. Please help me.
I have tried but failed. I removed all wiring connections from Black Box and tired to connect it with USB port but failed. Now what u suggest for me.
Refer to docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation] for the complete procedure. The fact that you posted here, on the forum, tells me you need to go back and work through that list once more , you missed a step But one of many steps in docs:blackbox:faq-usb-connection-failed [OpenBuilds Documentation]

Now I adopted all institutions from topic 6.3.1. To 6.3.6 but failed to reconnect with usb port how can I resolve it.
If you caused a short, its unfortunately dead. Read the warnings in docs.openbuilds.com and order a replacement from http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home Sorry to hear that, but next time (every time), double check wiring before powering on anything.
Are you sure it's dead. Can you read error again. I think its my opinion that there is short circuit in limits switch. May be i should wrong please check it again.
If you shorted V+ to gnd at the limits in particular, you killed the MCU. The USB chip is seperate. Thus the big warnings on the Limit switch wiring pages in the docs too. I am one of the lead designers of BlackBox. And developer of CONTROL. And wrote the documentation. I know what the error means, if you worked through the list in the docs, and it doesn't come right, it is damaged. You did work through the FAQ page right? it covers all the non-dead bases
Respected sir I know who r u. Therefore I requested to read error and suggest suitable solution for me. According to error what happened with brain board.
In this situation is it possible I connect ardiuno uno with stepper driver board and operate it with open build motion control. Is it possible.
Already answered above: Theoretically yes (pinouts is labelled on board) , but, as also mentioned before, rather speak to http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home and you'll be able to buy replacement parts or complete Blackbox from them
