Iam using Openbuilds to run my Millright CNC. I have a millright xyz touch plate that Iam trying to get up and running. When they ask to enter the offset on the touch plate, I assumed they were asking for thickness, width, and length of the custom touch plate. the Z and X axis seem to work but the probe totally misses the touch plate on the y axis. Any ideas? Thanks
Not the width and the length no, the Offset, between the edge you are probing and where the stock edge is. Look at the bottom of our probe, see the offset = the width of the edges that you align up against the stock. Thus use of the word Offset
