    Hi,
I need to cut four pieces of 1.5mm 4031 Chrome Moly steel for the wing attachments. Any idea if (1) the Workbee can handle this (Trochoidal) and (2) feeds and speeds.

    Regards,
    Duncan

@Jacob Tabor may be able to offer some advice. He has cut steel with his LEAD CNC. I would think with trichoidal milling it would be doable.

I have cut stainless by accident. It was a scrap piece and for some reason I assumed it was aluminum. I verified it was aluminum with a magnet (yeah I know:rolleyes:). It wasn't pretty but for an accidental cut it wasn't bad.
