Hi all, Im thinking of taking on a project soon and would like some help and input with it. The machine is a janome mc 8000, I want to change the main pcb control board and have usb interface with use of some of the current bittons, up/down, start ect. Could coding from the other embroidery project be added and edited to control this? Theres some 8 sensors, is there a sensor board more suitable? Im thinking maybe get a shield made up? Thanks in advance for any help.
grblHAL has an Embroidery plugin: GitHub - grblHAL/Plugin_embroidery: For streaming embroidery files from SD card, currently .dst and .pes (embedded .pec) formats are supported BlackBox X32 runs grblHAL - but whether the machine itself (motors etc) are just a straight swop away is unlikely.
