All firmware are up to date... Using Hypertherm plasma but for this test machine are off. All parts of cnc are grounded and I make special attention in wiring ( shielded...) Blackbox can make arc with I and J gcodes right ? With cam.openbuilds.com... I make same parts with fusion -> export to DXF ->open in cam.openbuilds ->make gcodes and no arc are inside GCODES ?
Grbl supports valid Arcs yes. OpenBuilds CAM doesn't generate Arcs no, uses interpolated line segments, not as optimised, being a free, basic, entry level CAM (;

Haven't used SheetCAM in years, so I don't have a better post around myself. See Grbl problems - sheetcam.com though, discussion mentions arc errors toward end of page 1 with another Post available on page 2. Getting into editing the post if needed may also be helpful
