I've searched for an hr on drawing a line on a different plane.
    I have a sketch that is centered 100mm x 100mm of center.
Any line or construction always want to be placed on the 0 of the plane.
How do I draw a line across a different plane of the sketch?
I appreciate any help and always pay it forward on what
    I learn.

    stop the current sketch
    start sketch
select the plane you want the new line to be on
    draw the line
    constrain the line
    stop sketch

Click on the 'Modify' Tab and choose "fillet" or...press the 'F' button.
