As the picture shows I am getting uneven chatter in 4 quadrants and unequal hole sizes. Not sure what to look for. Also, I can stop the chatter simply by holding the front of the router brackets. Does anyone make a larger gusset for the spindle? I'm thinking one that mounts to the side holds of the bracket and to the side T slots of the Z C beam. How tight should the gantry wheels be?
