I finally got my Workbee 1500mmx1500mm with tingle kit together. A couple of things about Blackbox v4.0
    Pros:
    1. Easy to hook up
    2. Easy to control
    3. Software is decent
    Cons:
    1. No way of hooking a ESTOP the way it should be ( at least not that I know of )
    2. No real documentation to use other spindles to use PWN

It would be nice if Openbuilds would write a decent writeup (detailed ) to do these 2 bottom things.
I have not decided quite yet if I will be keeping this until I do or not get these resolved.
Don't get me wrong I like the Blackbox but feel that is lacking proper documentation for the beginner.
    1. I have been doing a lot of research on trying to figure out a ESTOP solution. I was thinking of this to wire in between the power strip. Safety Power Tool Switch
    2. I recently bought a DWP611 and mount. It is horrible to do acrylic.(wont drop to lower rpm ) So I went and bought some cheap 500watt spindle with a PSU with a port with mach 3 on it. https://www.amazon.com/Spindle-Cool...dp/B01LNBOCDA/ref=psdc_13400331_t1_B0154MW4E8 and PWM to Voltage Converter Module 0%-100% to 0-10V for PLC MCU Digital to Analog Signal
I have searching everywhere to find on how to hook it up. No wire diagrams (at least I cannot understand them )
I am sure many people do not have the money for a 1.5kw or 2.2kw with VFD right at this moment ( I know I do not with Christmas around the corner.) So many I am sure have these cheap Chinese 500watt spindles and want to know how to use PWN so they adjust there speed through the software.

Well I look forward to chatting with some of you and learning. I think I am way over my head on this one. But time will tell. I learn pretty fast.

    Thanks for reading my post

Doesnt get easier than Safety Power Tool Switch - in an emergency you want to cut POWER (what if the router is on fire, pausing the BlackBox wont help) - we've been recommeding it publicly for the last year about.

Detailed writeups for VFD spindles available here docs:blackbox:connect-vfd [OpenBuilds Documentation]
For other DC / PWM spindles, shouldn't the onus be on the vendor supplying these to you to provide clear documentation? :) after all PWM and 0-10v outputs are standards. The mystery is how to wire these industry standard outputs to their lesser known products
    As an aside
This pictures on Amazon show a 0-10v input, so docs:blackbox:connect-vfd [OpenBuilds Documentation] instead of PWM applies

0-10v into [+], GND in [-] on the 0-10v input.
Leave the potentiometer disconnected to use the 0-10v input instead (as per "there three do not need wiring empty" line from their pictures

We're here 24/7 :) jump in and ask away, should be faster and easier than digging through old info :)
