I am wanting to install a 100A sub panel in my garage shop, I want to make sure I have enough Amperage to handle my Lead 1010 as well as possible upgrades.

Can anyone help me determine how many amps i need to run:

Lead 1010 w/ black box control
    - including 4 Nema 23 high torque motors
    -Dewalt router DWP611
    - 6HP Shop Vac (considering using a speed controller with this)

I am also considering a 2.2kw 110v Water cooled spindle and VFD, as well as requiring some additional amps for lights, pc, etc.

My rough research so far tells me my router should pull around 18A
    The Dewalt pulls 7A
    The Shop Vac Pulls 11.8A

And the CNC Spindle would pull around 20A (2200W/110V=20A)

So total with the CNC Spindle I would need 60A (18+11.8+20=49.8A) to allow for some additional draw?

Is any of this correct? I am not an electrician by any means.

    I'd appreciate any advice.

If you can, run your vacuum on its own separate breaker. I had my vacuum and lead machine on a 20amp breaker and it tripped a couple of times. Some vacuums pull more amps when starting up and you may exceed the limit then.
