and for what purpose do you need to change $32 from 0/1 because I don't quite understand if $32=1 the spindle will not run I have a makite milling machine

ok, so to clear things up when i use milling machine i enter $32=0 and when i use laser i enter $32=1 I remove the jumper and it stays like this all the time without it
