Hi and thanks for the help so long.

I am brand new to CNC and have just surfaced the waste board an hour or so ago. I need to work with wifi. The dust forces me to work from a distance.

I have a custom-built machine with a MKS DLC32CNC V2.0 controller. With the screen I managed to connect to my wifi and an IP address was assigned.

How to I connect now with my laptop to Openbuilds instead of the USB cable?

When I click on "scan network" it doesn't find my machine. Since I know the IP address, is there a way to manually add it? If not, how to I have Openbuilds find my machine through wifi?

    Thanks.

CONTROL supports grblHAL's Telnet interface as used on our controllers, e.g the OpenBuilds BlackBox docs:blackbox-x32:start [OpenBuilds Documentation]

Thanks Peter. Am I right that Openbuilds without the black box cannot work with wifi?

    Thanks again for the reply.
