Hey everyone. I am looking for some help with my CNC C-Beam Machine. I used SolidWorks to draw out a sketch of a ring. I then put it into OpenBuilds CAM generator. I could not figure out how to convert spines to polylines, so I used this as a template and just made the circles to size using the OpenBuilds generator. After messing around trying to get this thing to actually look like a circle, I have finally come to the conclusion that I need help.

My circle looks slightly out of wack and the dimensions are not what I plugged in. I tried doing a slower feedrate to no luck, they look the same. I put 120 segments in so I do not think that that is the problem.
I think there may be a problem with my build. If I tug on the router/black part holding it together, is it is supposed to be able to move side to side? It is sturdy up and down though.

Maybe I need to fix gantry plate? Could there be a spoiler board problem? Not square enough of a build? Any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

    Negative it should be solid.

Follow the feeling of the wiggle (sense of touch can detect minute movements the best) and see where its loose. Wheel adjustment, loose fasteners, etc
