Have made on CNC this masterpiece together with my father. It turned out very well and liked it. The feathers in reality look even better. In our work we have used this design from 3dwave.org

Also, we preffer to use tabs in our works. What do you think so far?

Looks fantastic - reminds me a bit of Iron Maiden's "Eddie". I almost like the unfinished version more - it has a great tomahawked-straight-through-a-wall look.

So what sort of machine & bits were you working with? And how thick was that stock?

(to be fair, though, I guess most skulls-with-muscles-dressed-in-costumes look a bit like Eddie)

    Thank you!

430 mm along the Y axis, around 80 mm along the Z axis - this is the scale.

I use Artcam 2018 for roughing, most of models are designed in Zbrush, sometime in 3dsMax.
It took 48 hours to carve it. [IMG]

That looks good with the skull. I tried inserting a native american chief face then carved it. Once painted it turned out pretty good.
I've made a few since then, people seem to like the painted versions.
