Hello, I seem to be having some problems with my computer that is running my Open Builds CONTROL Software. it keeps on locking up and I have to restart the computer. Any ideas why this happens? I see that the new Touch Control System has come out and that might be the answer for me. I have a few questions as I have gotten used to the Open Builds CONTROL software. with the new interface, is the surfacing toll still there? Are all of the XYZ zeroing functions there? Do you still get a time for the project? Are you able to see where zero is on your project ( bottom corner or center)? Thanks for any input. Cheers Peter
Interface can probe, setzero, etc all you need to run any job. Surfacing wizard: create gcode in CONTROL, copy to flash drive, run from Interface. Time is not logged CONTROL has all the bells and whistles. So maybe try fix that first. Update to latest version, try different PC, play with the Troubleshooting tab > Application Diagnostics menu, update all drivers (chipset, gpu, etc) and make sure USB selective suspend is disabled.
Thank-you. I will try to diagnose the computer first. Do you know if the Interface is shipping in North America yet? Cheers
