Interface "No response!" on screen

Hi.
Could anyone help me with Rj12 to Rj12 connection.
New cable never been used, when i connect it says No response.
Usb cable not connected for Pc.
Colours match on cable.

 

Yes. Black box works perfect with the PC.
All lights same.

 

Same lights on, with or without USB plugged.
2 lights are on, power and motors with usb
And again 2 lights on without the usb.
