Hello all - Is there a way to pause the interface? I have a giant 3d roughing and I really don't want to leave it overnight. You can pause on the openbuilds software, but I don't see that option on the interface,.
Make sure your firmware is up to date (1.57) Then hit Abort - it first pauses. Then asks you if you want to Resume or Stop. Leaving it on pause - you can hit Resume when you want to continue
This feature works great, I frequently pause 20-30 hour roughings (so my wife and son can sleep!). Will INTERFACE ever allow stopping and "run from line" like the newly announced Beta version of CONTROL?
Well, that is a shame, the reason I got interface was to run these long carves so I don’t have to leave a computer running them. The pause method does seem to work though.
Theres always manually editing gcode, put it back on USB. The automatic tool is also "at your own risk" - manual editing is always safer. Ensuring modals and safe entry moves are correct
