I recently started having issues where interface will not recognize the usb. The usb works on laptop and doesn’t seem to be corrupted. No matter what I’ve tried nothing seems to work, interface is on latest software. My black box is older so not sure if that has something to do with it. I do know that when I first got the interface the instructions had me remove a component in black box. Any suggestions would be great
