At this point, I have tagged : C-Beam Machine XLarge 1000x1000 Two version of router Belt and Screw Heavy Duty build with 1605 Ballscrew and Linear Rail 1000 x 500 Gooshpoo's H style cnc machine OffAxis CNC 1000x1500 Archon R2 But this is still far from my requirements. Here are they : Vertical Y axe Huge : 1.5m Y axe and 3m X axe (working area) > 4kW milling to use wood shaper tooling Rack & Pinion for X and Y axes lathe or 5x option included Cheap dust chamber (tarp or tarpaulin or frame or cover) with a plug for suction Opensource file formats (dwg, dxf) for use with opensource or cheap CAD software (QCAD, OpenSCAD, ImplicitSCAD) Do you know please the closest project to my needs ?
CNCrouterparts has an system that is about as close as you're going to get to your specifications. I don't know if it'll take a 4kW spindle though.
