Is there an easy way to change wheels

Is there an easy way to change the wheels on an ox CNC or is it’s total strip down?

 

Yes done that, but getting the new ones in is quite difficult. I can get the bolt, spacer, washer and wheel in, but tricky with the last washer and spacer.
