Not enough info there. What controller does it have? What are you planning on cutting? Personally I'd say no especially since you can get the new LEAD 1010 with a blackbox controller, router and high torque motors for less than that. You'd have to build it yourself, but you'll learn a ton doing it. But again, there's not info info to really say for sure.
That's a belt-driven Ox build 500x750mm. I wouldn't pay that much for that one, nope. I don't think it's worth half that. He is including the computer to drive it though, hard to say what that is worth without specs. When my Ox eventually goes up for sale locally it'll be for about $1000 Canadian. I've got about $1700 in parts, motors and drivers into it.
You might ask him for details. Unless he’s including some high end software on it I’m not sure how he spent that much. Should be about half that for the base system.
