I have tightened the Eccentric Spacers as much as I can but the wheels still spin freely. What can I do to fix this issue.

You can also achieve some adjustment with the "play" between the screw the wheels are mounted on and the holes in the plate. Loosen the eccentrics fully, loosen the screw, push the wheel against the V-slot, tighten the screw, re-adjust the eccentric.

    Good afternoon.
I had the same issue with a few of the eccentrics in my LEAD 1515 build. There were enough others that tightened so that the carriages felt solid enough to me.

Thanks, Alex for the advice. That did kinda work at least enough to get most of the wheels on the rail.

That is where I'm at now.
