Good evening all, finally got all built and plugged in black box using provided USB cable. Laptop acknowledges connection by providing "ding" but openbuilds control just says waiting USB. I see other posts about drivers but I am by no means computer savy, can anyone provide easy step by step to troubleshoot. Thanks..
