Hi, I am new to the forum and do not have much CNC experience in general, apologies if the answer is obvious :)

I would like to build a Lead machine frame with custom dimensions (750x1250mm).
If I get a 1000x1500 kit, it it possible to shorten up X & Y axis ? How difficult is to realize the modification ?

    Thanks for you help.
    Valter

It's actually fairly simple if you have a chop saw (powered miter saw). Just be sure you have it set up good and square. It's also possible with a hand miter saw but it'll take a while and probably require a fair amount of filing.

Thanks Rick, I have a friend with a good miter saw so I will be able to do the cut myself.
    Cheers Valter
