I have a newly built Lead Machine 1515 that has started to lose its work coordinates. My first few simple single pass cuts worked fine. Now I’m trying to run a multi pass cut on 19mm material and after the first few cuts the machine is losing its position and setting down a few inches off. I believe it’s mostly the x (left and right) position that’s off. At first I thought it may have been the long usb cable I bought but after going back to the original the problem persists. Anyone else have this issue or have any recommendations? C4628A32-987B-40C7-9137-BE7A1214B0E7.jpeg 0525F048-45F8-4FA2-9762-E2BC5765EFBC.jpeg

    1) Check mechanicals - for example loose setscrews on shaft couplers (Looks like slippage on only one of the Y screws?) - most likely - not torquing a set screw correctly, or having something loose / adjusted imperfectly / etc is typical

    or

    2) Acceleration / Max Rate tuning required: See Grbl v1.1 Configuration · gnea/grbl Wiki and Grbl v1.1 Configuration · gnea/grbl Wiki (Can stall under rapid moves - every machine is a little different)
