I've had my LEAD for about a year and have no complaints. It's a workhorse and I've put it through it's paces. What is some routine maintenance I can perform, like an oil change in a car. I'm getting a groaning sound coming from one of the wheel assembly's but I don't see any obvious issues.

    Weekly checks:
    - Check Grubscrews on shaft couplers - can rattle loose. Add some loctite if they regularly rattle loose
    - Clean dust off wheels / inside v-slots with a vacuum cleaner to prevent wear on the wheels

    Monthly checks:
    - Check and re-adjust eccentric spacers
    - Check leadscrew for excessive play - adjust anti-backlash nut, tensioner nuts, or lock collars if needed
    - Clean dust out of cooling fans and power supply with an air duster
    - Check wires for chaffing, look at strain relief if needed
    - Clean router collets / tapers
    - Check spoil board for planar flatness, resurface if needed.
    - Check brushes on router - replace if worn
    - Ensure all software has been updated
