Just wanted to see if anyone else out there has come across this issue. A few weeks back I replaced all 3 screws on my machine when after review it was found there was a bend in the screws. After replacing them things were going great but now in the last week I am starting to notice 2 of the 3 screws are beginning to wobble like the originals. Not sure what the issue could be....all screws are properly tensioned, when the machine is not running I do try to leave the gantry in a position that does not allow the screw to have a full length of the machine with no support over a long span.

Any ideas or thoughts I am open to hear for sure.

Its nothing unusual, Mine have been like that for about 3 years and I have no tensioning system (maybe will eventually?). My workpieces are cut plenty accurate enough - even PCB's machine great. The way I see it, taking backlash out of the system is of greater importance. The question is, how accurate is the work you produce, that's what matters?
