Good morning everyone. I am having a slight issue with my build. I turn the eccentric collars to tighten the wheels up and all seems fine. Then I run it for a short 20 minute project and the wheels are loosening up. I retighten them (1 out of the 4 and each section never get tight) and it seem good then I run it and they start getting loose again. Is this the normal where I have to readjust every time I run this machine? Or am I doing something incorrect? I even tighten down the bolts where the eccentric collars are to help hold them but it doesn't seem to matter.
    Any help would be appreciated,
    Don

Dobyou have Nyloc nuts on those bolts? They should be tight and the nyloc prevents it loosening up

Did you remember the precision shim between the bearings inside the wheel?

Thank you for the quick response. I did install the shims as the video assembly said to, and I am using the nyloc nuts that came with the kit. I was just out messing with it will have to take the z axis apart as I notice that I can not tighten up the nut on the bottom. The bolt is turning but the head is stationary as if it is broke. I have had this machine for about a year now but just recently started using it more. I use it to cut foam so there should not be a lot of stress on the parts. I did run it the last time at a high feed rate. So maybe I was high enough to put too much stress on stuff. Any other thoughts please let me know.
    Thanks again

Do an inspection and replace all damaged components. A broken off head could be from overtightening during initial assembly for example, not always from machining loads.

Well I noticed that when I pulled the plates apart on my z axis that it wasnt a broken bolt, That it was just loose. Once the plates were apart I was able to tighten it up correctly. Possibly I never finished tightening those bolts from the start. Thank you for your help. I will run it again and see it it holds.
