I just received my BlackBox, and as soon as I turn it on the LED below the X axis's Current Adjustment Potentiometer turns red and no power to the Stepper motor. I have tried connecting different stepper motors to it, but it is always red. I tried adjusting the Pot, but nothing changes. I don't see a way to correct this, any ideas or is it a faulty unit?

    The Led indicates
    -overcurrent
    -overtemperature
    -short circuit
    -and undervoltage.

You already checked the first three, make sure your Psu is outputting 24v. If it's not that, http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home will be happy to assist with an RMA. Request a replacement Muscle Board, refer to this thread as well please.

Yes, the output is 24v I had just requested a replacement before I read your response. Don't know now how to have them just send the Muscle Board. Any other way to contact the returns department?
