Do a forum search. There’s plenty on the subject. Unless the design you have shown is for use with C-Beam extrusion, it’s not a workable concept. The wheels don’t extend out far enough to clear the rack if it is to be used with standard 80x20 rail. And extending wheels without proper blocking is not a good idea.

Give it a look around though. I may still have something on my computer that’s useful if you can’t find anything. But it’ll be this evening before I can get home to look into it.

Click on your image to open it full screen, right click and search with Google lens or whichever reverse image search tool your browser provides (I use Chrome) - reverse image search is a great way to find where an image came from originally - looks like that was called an Ox-GEAR

Might be best then to contact the original author of the design? Sorry you didn't mention you already know its name, so figured pointing you in the direction of where it came from originally would be a good starting point to find whoever might host the files :)
The original OX came from here, but that's an adaptation by the Australians - whether they provide the files (not everyone always honors the open source licences correctly), you'd have to check in with them :)

    Cheers mate
Yeah I am planning to use C-Beam heavy but will also have a backing plate on the otherside of the beam so I can space the wheels out and support them better
