    Hi,
I have 2 new Acro 1010's and operate the coolant output to feed a solenoid valve. Both machines have been working ok for the first few jobs, but I've noticed one of them now seems to have an issue operating the coolant/M8 output after a new job is loaded, but before being executed. Before I also run the job, I have a macro that runs M8 for approx 2 seconds, then M9 and using this doesn't operate the solenoid. I cant quite work out what fixes it, but eventually it works ok

Once the issue resolves itself everything works fine for the job, which includes multiple times M8/M9 is used.

Is there anything I should look at, logs etc. The PC operating the Acro is working ok as I can run other macros, just not the coolant operation.

    thanks for any help.

No, the built in tools dont work either. The macros do eventually work, it seems intermittent....

Built in was to test if its related to macro, or even commands (we know the menus use the right commands)

So more likely wiring or faulty servo then? Perhaps a coil that needs more than the 2-3A limit (ideally good idea to also stay well below limit to avoid damaging mosfets too) ?

I use the same solenoid on the other machines, suppose this could be faulty in some way. Will swap over and see if fault moves, thanks
