Hi again from an enthusiastic Novice. I want to make a decorated wine box. I'm currently doing a little research on the actual build but ultimately I want to embelish the lid with text and reliefs of some kind. I have been gifted a few small (ultra sharp) 0.1mm 30 Degree Carbide PCB Engraving Bits for me to try making some text cuts by @Alex Chambers Can some kind soul please advise me on how to set these up in the V Carve Desktop tool library (or any library I guess) and all the best parameters to enter for neat text. I know I will have to probably have to mess around with the feeds and speeds settings for different woods. The more essential setting would be the depth of cut (not too deep) and help with a nice Serif font would also be of use. (New Times Roman perhaps) Can these small bits also be used to scribe outlines and make picture images? Any help greatly appreciated Regards C
