I was contemplating a spindle to replace my Ridgid trim router so I could get slower RPMs for cutting plastic and some very light aluminum cutting. Decided to go with the Makita trim router and so far couldn’t be happier. No extra cables, hoses, or rewiring. Here is my first piece of plastic. It’s a rosette for a future ornamental lathe I’m working on.
