I haven’t been here for a while, sorry if my Q has already been addressed. I built a CNC router using Openbuilds parts several years ago. I would like to convert to a 3 D printer to make face shields for medical workers. I should just read more here, and learn how to build one, BUT I want to get it up and running ASAP because the need is now, no time for me to learn everything now. Does anyone know where I can get the 3D printer parts ready to assemble and mount on my frame with a minimum of tinkering and adjusting? I can buy whole machines, but seems there is a long wait time for shipping.

Cutting them on a CNC/Laser is much faster and cheaper than 3D printing, and as you already have it running as a CNC:
