I have more then one pointers on my 3D view in openbuild controller… I reseted every setting, but it didn’t work. I even deleted openbuild and reinstalled it. When I start a new job, the program crashes. It gives different Alarm numbers every time I try. I use an Arduino Uno. Could someone help me?
Sounds like EMI - make sure your Arduino is properly wired, shielded and all inputs filtered. Otherwise, consider a BlackBox Pressing Ctrl+F5 to refresh the UI should also work - the odd ones result from loss of comms caused by the EMI above
Thank you for your reply Peter! I did everything to prevent electronical noise and EMI (see picture). I can move each axis on its own, but when I start a job (whitout plasma cutter turned on) it crashes. I did one job before this problem, but after this it didnt work anymore. Never changed the wirering. I consider buying a blackbox. Do you have any sugestions?
But why do I need those if the cutter worked before? When I start a job without the torch turned on, it crashes. So the plasma cutter isn't the problem right? I am using a CUT50C.
Yes it is. I get your point, but moving the z-axis individually, it works. So is this stil EMI from the motors?
Work through process of elimination: Gather some data to make informed decisions on the sources and causes docs:blackbox-4x:faq-emi [OpenBuilds Documentation] contains some tips that could be applied generically as well
